Before coming to Wayside, cancer, addiction and homelessness had gotten the better of Maurice. His life was in a tailspin.
But God still had plans for his life.
One night, he called a life-long friend who picked Maurice up and brought him to our shelter and recovery center for men.
Two years later, Maurice feels much better. He’s a Resident Assistant and works in transportation at Wayside. Each weekend, he visits and cares for his 80-year old mom.
He knows this life free from addiction, would never be possible without you…
